II. JOB DESCRIPTION:

POPS Worldwide is currently seeking a Product Manager to focus on connected apps for POPS Worldwide. The ideal candidate is passionate about how connected applications are changing the media landscape, committed to accelerating POPS Worldwide’s transformation in entertainment, and is a collaborative person who has demonstrated ability to create apps with great user experiences.

The Product Manager is responsible for full product lifecycle ideation, planning, marketing and execution to achieve the company’s short- and long-term business objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a comprehensive product roadmap including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision and working closely throughout the organization to deliver a winning product set. It also includes working with sales, content, marketing and technical teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager’s job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.

The best candidate would be an accomplished self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and a deep passion for delivering an incredible user experience.

The Product Manager is expected to:

• Lead: Be bold, be passionate and be ready to transform the entertainment experience in Vietnam

• Think: Define the product strategy and roadmap

• Plan: Deliver marketing requirements documents and product requirements documents with prioritized features and corresponding justification

• Collaborate: Work closely with designers, engineers, project managers, editors, video producers, 3rd party vendors and our million of viewers to build features that make our app the best place to consume and to share rich content

• Prioritize: Determine which features are essential for product launch and which ones can be scaled down or implemented later

• Partner: Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities

• Assess: Be an expert with respect to the competition

• Iterate: Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product with a hands¬-on approach to continuous improvement

• Demo: Perform product demos to partners, users, and all related stakeholders

• Forecast: Set and meet audience development, engagement, viewership, revenue and profitability goals. Propose an overall budget to ensure success. Set key metrics.

• Train: Brief and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings. Develop sales tools and collateral materials

• Evangelize: Brief press and foster relationships that further the product and company goals

III. REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager in entertainment and media markets

• Passion for taking the untraveled road

• Demonstrated success defining, developing and launching excellent consumer applications

• Understanding of UI/UX best practices balanced with an understanding for consumer needs and wants

JOB SUMMARY

On behalf of HR Manager to monitor HR team activity related to C&B, Recruitment & Training, Administration & Internal event activities, labor relation processes and HR procedures

MAIN DUTIES:

Compensation & Benefit

I. JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities:

  • The candidate is tasked with the main responsibility of developing new business and new business leads and drive business growth in Vietnam
  • Build strategy that is in line with delivering revenue goals of the organization.
  • Maintain pipeline accuracy and ensure close monitoring of revenue goals in line with annual set targets.
  • Identify, develop, and lead sales efforts to both brand advertisers & agencies in Vietnam. While also strengthen relationships with existing clients to grow and strengthen business opportunities.
  • Understand POPS products and platforms to drive sponsorships opportunity across POPS’ Owned & Operated channels
  • Understand the industry landscape and keep up with industry updates and insights that are important to POPS’ business and its growth.
  • Build close relationship with digital platforms and partners like YouTube, Facebook and others that are important for business growth
  • Team mentoring and support to enable their individual growth and development.
  • Reports to Chief Revenue Officer and drives monthly business review meetings

II. REQUIREMENTS:

  • 8-10 years of digital experience in managing and driving digital business for agencies / brands.
  • Entrepreneurial skillset to work independently and come up with innovative business solutions
  • Digital skills across media, content, social, video and Search (SEM / SEO)
  • Strong aggression, negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Possess excellent understanding of local industry operations, in-depth relationship with key industry influencers and processes
  • Positive attitude, high commitment and friendly persona to be a part of POPS family and a strong team player.
  • Local and English language skills with industry relationships are big advantage for the job.
  • Excellent inter-personal skills to work collaboratively internally with the teams at POPS and POPS external partners.

- DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Develop, implement and manage the marketing & brand strategy for assigned brands, products, and digital video channels (e.g. YouTube, DailyMotion, Vine, Facebook, etc.).
  • Analyze current digital market information and prepare marketing reports.
  • Analyze and monitor competitor and actively propose opportunities for growth based on market situation, customer trend and competitor strategy
  • Monitor and manage internal & external third parties on execution of branding activities
  • Communicate brand and video channels activities to other relevant departments in an effective manner (Corporate PR and Marketing, Integrated Digital Marketing Services, Production, Data and Licensing) and partners to deliver creative and effective activities that drive top-of-mind, viewership and engagement with our target content
  • Regular monitor of the digital marketing campaign results, social media, market trend, and be able to advise the improvements.
  • Integrate analysis report after completing the campaign & development direction for the next campaign.
  • Measures the effectiveness of communication channels and strategies and makes appropriate adjustments.
  • Track, measure, and analyze all digital activities and prepare reports.
  • Manage budget allocation and track actual spending with team leader
  • Other duties by request from Team leader & Digital Marketing Manager
JOB REQUIRMENTS :
  • Bachelor’s degree, at least 1 year in the field of Online / Digital Marketing Good understanding about content marketing.
  • Experience in building audiences for online channels (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, PR, SEO, etc.)
  • Experience in entertainment and/or media markets is a plus.
  • Analytical, data driven thinker who seeks innovative solutions.
  • Creative, proactive, consultative, resourceful
  • Good at English both writing and speaking
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently but a team player.
